This morning with snowy and cold weather all over the nation, I thought it would be fun to look back at a snowy day when the kids were five. We'd had about a foot of snow, then the sun came out (like it often does soon after storms in Colorado) and we all went out to play. Today, it has stayed in single digits, even when the sun did make an appearance after noon. Growing up, the first snow of every winter my dad always declared with enthusiastic cheer, "Spring is coming!" These snow storms are indeed a step closer to the final thaw next spring. So bring it on, Winter. Every day is a day closer to Springtime! Stay warm, friends!

Welcome aboard! Life with QuadrupletsAs a mother of quadruplets, I've had plenty of crazy experiences raising "supertwins." I blog a lot of memories about my kids. Sometimes just my thoughts on things. I get those sometimes—when my brain works. Which is about one third of the time. Archives
